A quick and easy no-bake dessert with a crunchy Oreo crust and creamy peanut butter filling, perfect for bake sales, parties, or any family gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (e.g., Jif or Skippy)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup hot fudge sauce (optional, for topping)
  • ¼ cup crushed Oreos (optional, for topping)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Make the Oreo crust: Place the 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs. Transfer to a medium bowl, add melted butter, and stir with a fork until evenly moistened.
  2. Press the crust into a 9-inch pie dish using the bottom of a measuring cup or glass. Press firmly and evenly into the bottom and up the sides. Refrigerate while making the filling.
  3. Whip the cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside in the fridge.
  4. Make the peanut butter filling: In another large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute. Add peanut butter and beat until combined. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beat until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream: Add one-third of the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture and gently fold with a rubber spatula. Add the remaining whipped cream and fold until no white streaks remain.
  6. Assemble the pie: Remove crust from fridge. Spoon the filling into the crust and spread evenly. If using, drizzle hot fudge sauce on top and swirl gently. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
  7. Chill the pie: Cover loosely with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Serve: Let the pie sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water and wiped dry for clean cuts. Serve with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and processed peanut butter (not natural). Chill overnight for cleaner slices. The pie can be frozen for up to 3 months.
