These sliders combine creamy brie, tangy cranberry sauce, savory turkey, and a sweet garlic butter glaze on soft Hawaiian rolls. They’re a quick, family-friendly meal that turns a kitchen disaster into a new favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns (sweet Hawaiian rolls recommended)
  • 1 pound deli-sliced turkey breast (oven-roasted or smoked)
  • 8 ounces brie cheese (rind on, sliced thin)
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce (jellied works well)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for color)
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter glaze: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Slice the buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected as a slab. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Layer the fillings: Arrange the turkey evenly over the bottom buns. Place sliced brie on top of the turkey. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie and spread gently.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings. Press down gently. Brush the garlic butter glaze generously over the tops of the buns, letting it soak in for a minute. Brush any remaining butter between the sliders.
  6. Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-8 minutes, until tops are golden brown and edges are crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Cut between the sliders with a sharp knife. Serve warm.

Notes

Don’t skip the foil step—it prevents burnt tops and ensures the cheese melts gently. Slice brie when cold for neat slices. Let the glaze soak into the buns before baking for best texture. Use room temperature turkey for even heating. Full-fat brie melts best; avoid low-fat versions.
