A quick and easy homemade creamy vanilla sweet cream cold brew that delivers a smooth, indulgent coffee experience with simple pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) whole milk, cold
  • Ice cubes (about 1 cup or more)

Instructions

  1. In a cold mixing bowl, pour 1/2 cup (120 ml) of heavy cream. Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Make sure your cream is well chilled.
  2. Using a whisk or electric mixer, beat the cream mixture for about 2-3 minutes until it’s slightly thickened but still pourable with a soft, silky texture.
  3. Fill your glass with ice (about 1 cup or more). Pour in 1 cup (240 ml) of cold brew concentrate and 1/4 cup (60 ml) of cold whole milk. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Slowly pour the whipped sweet cream over the coffee. The cream will float on top and swirl beautifully when you stir.
  5. Give it a gentle stir before drinking, letting the vanilla sweet cream mingle with the bold cold brew. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Keep the cream chilled before whipping for best texture. Whip cream to soft peaks for a silky, pourable consistency. Adjust sugar to taste. Use quality cold brew concentrate for best flavor. Sweet cream can be stored up to 3 days in the fridge; whisk before use if separated.
