A quick and easy frozen yogurt bark featuring creamy Greek yogurt swirled with peanut butter and drizzled with dark chocolate, perfect for a healthy and indulgent snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480 ml) full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) natural creamy peanut butter
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped nuts (optional; roasted peanuts, almonds, or walnuts)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups (480 ml) of full-fat Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of honey or maple syrup until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  2. Line a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking sheet with parchment paper, allowing edges to overhang for easy removal.
  3. Pour the sweetened yogurt onto the parchment and spread evenly with a spatula to about 1/4-inch (6 mm) thickness.
  4. Microwave 1/3 cup (80 g) of creamy peanut butter in a small bowl for 20-30 seconds until softened but not runny. Swirl the peanut butter over the yogurt base with the back of a spoon, creating thick swirls without overmixing.
  5. Break 3.5 oz (100 g) dark chocolate into chunks and microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until just melted and smooth. Drizzle the chocolate over the yogurt and peanut butter swirls in a zigzag pattern.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and chopped nuts (about 1/4 cup / 30 g) evenly over the top.
  7. Freeze the tray flat for at least 4 hours.
  8. Once frozen, lift the parchment edges and break the bark into irregular pieces.
  9. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for creamier texture. Do not over-sweeten the yogurt. Swirl peanut butter gently to keep distinct textures. Freeze flat and level for even freezing. Let bark thaw 5-10 minutes before breaking to avoid crumbling. For dairy-free, substitute coconut yogurt and dairy-free chocolate. Nut-free version can use sunflower seed butter and toasted coconut flakes.
