A quick and easy homemade version of the Starbucks Pink Drink, blending freeze-dried strawberries with creamy coconut milk and vanilla syrup for a refreshing, fruity treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup (28 grams) freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) white grape juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
  • Optional: 1/4 cup (60 ml) brewed white tea or green tea

Instructions

  1. Place 1/4 cup (28 g) of freeze-dried strawberries into your blender.
  2. Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) of white grape juice and blend on high for about 30 seconds until you get a fine strawberry puree.
  3. Pour in 1 cup (240 ml) of unsweetened canned coconut milk and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of vanilla syrup.
  4. Blend again for 15-20 seconds to combine everything smoothly. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk.
  5. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of ice cubes to the blender and pulse a few times to slightly crush the ice without overdoing it.
  6. Pour the pink mixture into a glass or mason jar and stir well with a spoon or straw.
  7. Taste and add more vanilla syrup if you want it sweeter, then stir again.
  8. Optional: Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) brewed white or green tea before adding ice for a tea twist.

Notes

Use freeze-dried strawberries for intense flavor without watering down the drink. Full-fat canned coconut milk provides the best creaminess. Avoid over-icing to prevent dilution. The drink is best fresh but can be refrigerated up to 24 hours; shake well before serving. Vanilla syrup is key for sweetness and flavor balance.
